About Doctor
Born and raised in the vibrant town of Nanjangud, Dr. Srikanth Sundaresh is a respected figure, known affectionately as the “Nandu Doctor.” His parents, Smt. Girija and Dr. Sundaresh, laid the foundation for his journey into the medical field, establishing the renowned Nandu Clinic.
Dr. Srikanth’s educational odyssey began at Carmel English School, where he demonstrated leadership qualities early on by serving as the school pupil leader in the 7th standard. His active participation extended to representing the school in various events, including independence day parades, cricket, kho kho, and engaging in extracurricular activities such as singing and skits.

Dr. Srikanth began his schooling at Carmel English School.
He continued his education at St. Joseph’s Central School until 10th grade.
He completed his PUC at Marimallappas, Mysore.
His medical journey began at Adichunchunagiri Institute of Medical Sciences.
He chose orthopedics as his specialty.
He pursued postgraduate studies at JSS Medical College, Mysore.
Dr. Srikanth later became a Ph.D. research scholar.
His research focused on innovative ozone therapy.
Alongside academics, he served the medical community.
He was the Secretary of the Indian Medical Association.
He also served as President of the Rotary Club of Nanjangud.
He contributed to multiple academic committees across India.
His work earned recognition in China and Canada.
These honors reflected his global academic impact.
Dr. Srikanth currently practices at Nandu Clinic.
He also serves patients at Sundargiri Hospital, Nanjangud.
His wife, Dr. Divya Rani, supports him as an anaesthetist.
Family remains central to his life and values.
His sister Dr. Deepa and brother-in-law Mr. Srigiri share his Carmel roots.
Their children, Sriyan Kumar and Navya, also study at Carmel English School.
