Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Arka Anugraha Multi-Specialty Hospital

At Arka Anugraha Multi-Specialty Hospital, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with our products and services is safe, transparent, and satisfactory. We value your trust, and this policy outlines how we handle product returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made through the Arka Anugraha Multi-Specialty Hospital online store or at our physical hospital premises for physical products such as:

  • Nutraceuticals, supplements, and wellness products.
  • Medical devices, health kits, and home-care accessories.
Note: This policy does not apply to clinical consultations, surgical procedures, diagnostic tests, or therapy sessions. Separate service-specific policies apply to those medical services.

2. Contact for Returns or Refunds

For any issue related to return, exchange, or refund, please write to us at: support@arka.health

Please include:

  • Full name and contact number
  • Order number / invoice number
  • Brief description of the issue (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item)
  • Photo or video evidence, if applicable

3. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.

4. Eligibility Criteria

A product will qualify for return or exchange only if:

  • It is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • It is accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
  • It is not a product excluded under our non-returnable list (Section 7).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us at support@arka.health within 7 calendar days. Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund or store credit (if replacement unavailable).

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed through the original mode of payment.
  • Once inspected, your refund will be initiated within 7 business days.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless the error was ours.

7. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned once sold:

  • Opened consumables (nutraceuticals, powders, capsules).
  • Single-use medical devices once unsealed.
  • Personal care and hygiene products.
  • Customized or final sale items.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by emailing support@arka.health or calling +91 9448285219.

9. Exchange Requests

Exchanges for products of same or higher value must be requested within the 7-day window. Price differences must be paid before dispatch.

10. Dispute & Compliance

Governed by Indian consumer protection laws. Jurisdiction: Bangalore, India.
